I went to school at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School from 1989 to 1996.

D in History (a subject I studied purely for enjoyment)
I read Mathematics and then Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. I graduated with an upper second class BA in Natural Sciences and an MSci in Experimental and Theoretical Physics. Later on I collected my MA(Cantab) in Natural Sciences.
Next I moved to University of Bangor for my PGCE in Physics and Science.

I have taught physics, science and computer science from Yr6 to Yr13 since 2001 in both state and independent schools. I am currently a subject leader for Computer Science.
I am also a lead examiner for physics A-level and an examiner for GCSE.
