Climbing Exercises to do at Home
There are a good range of exercises that can be done at home that as part of a climbing training programme. Pretty much anything for core, arms, legs, flexibility or balance will help.
Here, I am focussing on those things you can sneak in when your have a few spare minutes. None require any equipment, apart for the occasional chair or waterbottle.
I intend to build a levelled system over time, but for now I'm starting with a beginner's level. This will still be good a good top-up for anyone. Each session is three minutes long, but if you have ten minutes to spare, you could do three sessions. You will get a different selection of exercises each time you do this, but they will always cover all the basic areas.
